I wish I would have read these reviews, this company is the worst. On Monday I paid for a Tuesday next day delivery of extra boxes because I was flying out Wednesday. They shipped on Tuesday , the day I needed them! They said they would refund me, they didn't. I escalated the issue to a manager who was supposed to call me back but didn't. Each time I would call them I was waiting in a queue for 20-25 mins. They advertised prices on the website that were different from what was asked to pay. Also the tracking number they sent was faulty (when I tried to cancel the delivery because I wasn't going to receive boxes the day I was flying out).
