My order has not arrive and the company are not now answering my emails or the telephone. I ordered a custom box and was told in reply to the first email I sent them that the order was delayed and should be with me in 2 days. The order still has not arrived since then I cannot make contact with them. I was waiting to ship an item in this box but after reading these reviews I am now making other arrangements. I have started a claim with PayPal but so far no reply from the company via them. Avoid this company. Not sure how they can be still trading given the complaints on this site.
