Paid for full insurance which quotes if an item is lost or damaged you get paid out in 5 days.
Our customer's parcel arrived smashed to bits, reported the damage it's now been 2 weeks, no payout, and every time I join the chat an agent connects says someone else is dealing with it and closes the chat before we even get any information.
Worst customer service ever, if you care about your customers and your business don't use this company.
