Absolutely dreadful and a con. Used their service once as they were cheapest. Just over £3 to send a parcel. That went fine as was delivered by UPS.
2 months later I recieve an email saying I owe £50 plus VAT as it was 3cm oversize.
Well they can take me to court because they won't get it.
