Complete absence of service. Packlink failed to deliver my parcel, then made it extremely difficult to get my refund. I've decided that it's too much effort and too time consuming for me to pursue. Packlink have the details on their system, yet are asking for me to provide evidence for information they already have!! Also they are asking for photographic proof that the courier collected the parcel!! Is it my job to photogragh every parcel that's collected??!!

They haven't delivered, literally, and have my money and have made it ridiculously difficult to get my refund. I'm now out of pocket because I refunded my customer. I will certainly NEVER use these incompetent, pathetic excuse for a delivery company again. They are just a middle man and a rubbish one at that.
On top of all this, they lied about trying to find my parcel, they just stated it was lost. Easiest option for them, and a win win for them as they already have my money and are fully aware of how difficult it is to get a refund. Shouldn't be suprised really as Packlink appears to be a subsidiary of eBay.
