I've used it 3 times to move my personal belongings, and each time I had a problem!
1) Parcel blocked at the custom because (I found out after days of calls) they need a copy of my ID, which doesn't appears in the instructions.
2) Parcel is rejected by the courier because of some issues with custom codes. After 9 days, I still don't know where the parcel is, why exactly it has been refused, if I lost the money for this shipment and what I should do prevent it from happening again.
3) Parcel has been delivered at a collection point, but I'm asked to pay custom fees. Being only personal belongings, I have tried to contact Packlink to ask for clarifications. Nobody replied.
I moved to another country and I am still waiting to receive my stuff.
I would never recommend Packlink. Better use Shipmybag or other services, maybe more pricey, but definitely more reliable!
