I will NEVER use Packlink again and will warn other people to avoid it as well! They take no responsibility in late deliveries. I payed for a 24H express delivery with UPS. My package arrived after 16 days! (And that delay had a bad consequence resulting we had to buy everything that was in the shipment - new!) UPS is saying I have to make the claim through Packlink, since I made the payment with eBay/Packlink. But Packlink don’t offer any kind of refund for shipping costs because of delays. Instead they give you a small discount voucher - for one time use only - that is only valid for 8 weeks. That is absolutely USELESS! When they treat you like this, I don’t won’t to use either Packink OR UPS ever again. No help at the customer service, no rights & very bad service!!
