I strongly recommend to avoid this company. False claims about an excessive weight on a shipment I did , already delivered months ago. They insist it was 10 Kg when it was actually a vinyl record on a cardboard package - not even 0,5 Kg. They keep sending threatening emails asking for 42 euro of "unpayed services" and even I sent proof of what I sent, they ignored it and keep sending the same copy-pasted text. No chat, no phone number, no socials, there is no way to contact them. Luckily I have read other reviews before and I disabled paypal automatic payments, there are similiar stories of MANY users that have had money taken from their paypal accounts or credit cards without consent.
