I had an awful experience with Packlink. They lost my parcel, yet refused to take any real responsibility for it. Instead of investigating the issue properly, they issued a meaningless refund that didn’t even cover the value of the damage.
Their so-called "terms and conditions" were full of outdated and invalid references, making them legally questionable at best. When I pointed this out, they completely ignored my concerns and stuck to their empty policies rather than actually addressing the problem.
Customer service was unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly trained to deflect rather than assist. If you value your parcels and expect a company to stand by its service, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Save yourself the frustration—avoid Packlink at all costs!
