I purchased a pair of women’s ascent vector biking shorts about a month ago. I m 5’-3 1/2” and 125 pounds. I took them on a week long cycling trip across Iowa (RAGBRAI). We cycled 500 miles over 7 days. I had 3 other pairs of shorts that I brought with me. One of them I had previously deemed my most comfortable and two others that were just ok. In training for this ride (average 4 days a week) I had suffered with saddle sores and irritation in the crotch area so I was hoping these shorts would be at least as comfortable as my other “best” pair. Well they were way more comfortable!!!! I wore them the 4th day of the week and liked them so much I washed them out every night and wore them every day for the rest of the week. The chamois was very comfortable and the fabric of the pants was tight fitting but still very easy to pull up after bathroom breaks even when I was sweaty. The waistline and elastic around the legs was also super comfortable. These are now my favorite shorts by far!!!!
