Although the vacuum I purchased was not a good fit for me in a residential setting, the customer service I received was above and beyond. I left a review sharing my mixed experience and received a prompt reply in which each issue I raised was addressed and possible solutions were provided. I intended to keep the vacuum and sell it secondhand, but Pacvac said they were happy for me to return it as they valued my feedback and placed a high importance on customer satisfaction. The vacuum may not have been quite right for me, but I cannot fault the customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a company and will be keeping an eye on their products for any changes that would see me return as a customer. I must say that the experience with Pacvac has changed my outlook on my purchases. I find, particularly with large retail companies, customer service can be quite lacking - it's almost like they think it not necessary since people will buy things regardless. But customer service is what makes a company truly stand out, saying to the consumer, you and your experience matter to us. And that is something worth supporting and celebrating.
