After deliberating for weeks on what first SUP to buy and lots of research online, I called Paddle and Surf for some advice and thoughts. Sophie was extremely helpful and instrumental in helping me pretty much reach a decision and make a purchase during the time we spoke. Ordered my Jobe Duna online and it arrived 24 hours later. A seamless online process to purchase but with the bonus of genuinely helpful staff. Sophie reminded me to make sure I registered for the additional 12 month warranty. Always difficult to write a review on a new purchase as sometimes customer service is only really tested when things go wrong. However I feel confident Paddle and Surf would not fall short here either. Highly recommend and will undoubtedly use again based on experience so far.
