Paige is an amazing coach, I got into the best shape when working with her both physically and mentally. The workouts are quick, efficient and were always suited / changed to work with me and around my work. I then started my pregnancy journey with Paige which was amazing! Workouts were suited to my changing body and any pain I had throughout the pregnancy! I can’t wait to start my postpartum journey with her and get back into the best shape, coming back stronger 💪🏽
