I bought an emulsion sprayer at a fantastic price. Another customer had bought this, said it was no good, and Mr Denny loaned him a more expensive unit whilst they checked out the original for faults. They found it to be of perfect working condition. The same customer came back with the second unit, with a similar complaint, and MR Denny gave him a full refund, realising that this was probably "operator error" rather than faulty equipment. I happened to time my purchase just as the second unit had been returned, checked but had clearly been used, and Mr Denny sold me the first unit, the model that I wanted, at quite a discount on his already excellent price. He communicated excellently, told me the story exactly as he saw it, was thoroughly professional, open and honest. I also had the opportunity to return the unit if It failed to come up to expectations, and also had a full warranty. Needless to say, that the unit was stunningly good, spayed the whole ofthe internal of my new building over two days, multiple coats on new plaster, and I have been delighted with it. His honesty, service and explanations, bioth of the situation, and of the technical merits of this eqipment was exemplary. It was his approach that made me write this testamant of my experience after the event.,
