I have used you a few times in the past, and would say that the service has been excellent. Sadly the last time I tried using you to order some spray tips, it wasn't so. I asked if you had a couple of different size tips in stock as I needed to order them that day, I was told that you needed to check and I would be called back within a short space of time, this did not happen and I ended calling YOU back some time later. Only to be told, you only had one in stock, and it was too late to send it that day for me to receive it the following day.I also enquired why I wasn't called back and was told it must of been an over site. I appreciate the apology, but I have taken my business elsewhere now. I know this is just a small issue, but one that caused me a few problems in a way.
