I was in the market for a paint spray machine and having never used one or having any idea what was good or bad when it came to paint spray machines, I emailed Charles at Paint Spray Tools for advice. His email replies were always prompt, and it was decided it was best if I went to meet Charles so Charles could show me some of the machines and also supply us with the machine that best met my needs. Charles was striaght talking and his knowledge of the machines was very good. He also talked us through some tips to make things easier with the machines and also providing a better finish. I duly purchased a Q-Tech machine, and I have never looked back. Its an absolutely fantastic piece of kit, and I wish I had got one earlier. It can do a new build house in no time and the paint finish is near faultless, and I am still getting used to the machine! I have had some queires with spray tips, and Charles team replied to my email very promptly and ansewered my query and gave me the advice I needed, which is a great help as you get to learn and use a new machine. Can't fault the service provided to date.
