I haven't had any issues or problems with any orders. Shipping is a little delayed but it's like that anywhere right now.. we have to remember we're all bored and can't wait to get our new projects and start them..being stuck in quarantine sucks for everybody. But I think this is one of the best companies for the quality and price that is available right now for sure! Keep up the great work (#paintwithdiamonds) and keep getting new fun stuff in like notebooks/storage cases and lights to make. They make great gifts and are sure to be a hit! BTW- this is best tool I've found yet!
