I ordered a custom print and the art team was wonderful and helpful. But my order never made it to me and when I followed up after three months they said it must have been stolen once delivered. When I emailed customer service they offered a gift card for less than a third of the price of the print. I will not order again and am very disappointed that a refund was not offered. Would not recommend.
