Ordered 3 kits in early October 2020 as Christmas gifts for my mother and sister. It is now January 19, 2021, and the kits have still not arrived. The tracking has not updated in 2 months. Customer service refuses to do anything. Will not refund or offer replacements. I would not recommend this company.
