I ordered a custom photo kit in hopes it would arrive in the 4 week time frame it suggested. It has been over 6 weeks and I still have not received it. I did reach out to customer service and they assured me that it was shipped and on its way. When I tried to get an update on a delivery date, the automated email continues to say the same thing as when I placed my order. Do not waste your time or money with this company!
