I have had to initiate legal proceedings against this company as I ordered a package on December 25 and it is now March 11 and there is no sign of my package! I have emailed them 4 times regarding this issue and have been told ad nauseum that they would update me. I FINALLY got an update, but only after numerous threats of legal action. They have "escalated" the matter to their shipping department (allegedly) and will - you guessed it - "update me" on the status of the escalation. Well, that was 3 days ago and I have heard NOTHING!! I ordered this for my daughter's birthday, which is on March 13 (in 2 days) and now I have nothing for her. How naive of me to believe that, by ordering it in DECEMBER, it would NOT be here by March! It wasn't cheap, either - $92 Canadian. Tried calling their "customer service" line and it said the number was not in service.
