I had a bit of a problem with the kit being shipped to the wrong address (probably my fault, though) and customer service was excellent. I was receiving updates on my package's whereabouts until it eventually arrived.
The product is also better than I expected it to be and certainly helped relax and conquer boredom.
I can only recommend it!
