I ordered a 50 x 40 painting for my granddaughter in November. It didn't come for almost 2 months, well past her birthday. I'm sure that COVID had something to do with that. But, it also had 10 packets missing from the kit, which we didn't find out about until she started working on it. She's more than half way done with the painting and it would be horrible if she can't finish it, due to the missing color. I emailed customer service (they don't accept phone calls) and am still waiting to get a personal reply to my email. They did send an automatic reply, which didn't help at all. Be aware that this company may disappoint you!
