If I could give zero stars, I would have Ordered a custom picture, (based on the wood frame I built to go along with this gift) to which they then increased the size of the picture without my consent. Then it took 54 days before the order stated "arrived/delivered," in which I never received. I NEVER got my custom order, nor any assistance/remorse in getting refund/credit DO NOT purchase form here - poor/ignorant customer service, and no willingness to assist the customers needs Sherwin Gepte was an absolute disaster to deal with I will be filing action against them to get my refund in full - hopefully they learn something from Amex (the card I purchased with) who assists and works with their customers when I contact them to file fraudulent activity
