Two months later and still no Christmas gift for our Grandson! I ordered a custom print for our Grandson Nov 10th for his Christmas gift. We were out of the country for a month, I received an email saying the last item on the order was out for delivery so I assumed it meant it was on its way to their home. He received the pen and organizer and as of Jan 5th still doesn’t have the print. Only when I told support to cancel and refund did they say it’s on the way and can’t be stopped or refunded. It’s now Jan 5th- nearly 2 months later and no print or shipping update. Of course I bought him another gift to replace it- I went to Michael’s and got a nice kit on sale and made his big gift a gaming chair for his computer. I should have known when I saw a notice about shipping delays due to Covid which has been over for a few years! I would not have purchased if I knew it was a company from China.
