I'm currently working on the "Villa by the Sea" PWD. First- I dropped my tray containing several different colored drills. I contacted PWD wanting to order replacements for what I'd lost, at my cost. (My clumsiness, my responsibility, right?) The folks at PWD replaced my drills quickly and for free! Then- As I got fairly far into my picture I started noticing that some of my drills weren't shaped quite right and weren't fitting onto the canvas correctly. (Many of my drills were misshapen making them not fit into the squares printed on the canvas.) I contacted PWD again just to ask if this was a common problem or if I'd just gotten a 'lemon'. In no time at all I received a response from the fantastic Sherwin at the customer service department at PWD. Sherwin was kind enough to forward my inquiry and the photos I'd enclosed to the quality control dept. and after a few e-mails, I received an apology from PWD for my having a problem and now they're replacing my entire PWD kit at no charge! Honestly, PWD is great, their customer service is great, and Sherwin is an asset to the company for going out of his way to be sure I was a satisfied customer!
