I do not recommend ordering from this company if you want good customer service. I placed an order from this compan. However,I then found a picture I liked better. So, I emailed them asking them to cancel my order (it was less than a day after I placed my order). I waited the 24 hours for the company to respond. However, they didn’t. So, I sent a repeat email asking to cancel the order before it shipped. It has now been over 24 hours since the second email has been sent and my order has shipped. I do not want this order and I expressed so before it shipped. So, now I would need to pay the return shipping if I returned the order which is why I emailed well before the order shipped in the first place in order to prevent this from happening. Very, very irritated. Even if I like the product I receive, I will not be ordering from this company again and I recommend you do Not order from them either unless you expect not to have to contact customer service. Very unsatisfied...
