I also ordered my diamond kits in April (along with many others I see) and have not received my kits or an answer from my 2 emails and 2 phone calls as of 5/24/20. But yes they did charge my credit card with no delay. I ordered from this company because they said "made in america". I think they are lying and waiting for shipments from China to fulfill orders!
