If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I placed my order in MARCH 2020 and as of today (June 20th) I haven't so much as recieved tracking. All I've recieved is some bullsh*t email from the "CEO" about how COVID has put them behind. I can't believe it would put them behind 3 months so I definitely believe that they are taking advantage of the situation. I advised that I wanted either tracking information (at least proof of shipment) or I was having Visa start an investigation for a refund and suddenly I was advised that my order had been "missed". I definitely pursued a refund through Visa. I recommend everyone does the same! Their BBB rating is horrendous!
