The company is horrible! i was forced to post on thier FB page to follow up on them. Its ok to be delayed its understandable but to not give a status of your order or you cannot see if the orders you made which are already paid in full... i spent 104.99USD... for thier diamond painting and until now i dont know of its coming or not. i kept bugging them until they gave ma a tracking number after 15 days but when i open thw tracking number it does not exist. so i waited for another 12 days to follow up... thats when i posted a comment in their FB page... thats when they updated the tracking number... i wished i had ordered in DAC or staroar!!!
