Believe these reviews. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They waited MONTHS to even begin to ship my order. They didn't even ship it until after the date it was supposed to be delivered. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal. Most of the time they ignore your emails, and if they do respond, they're incredibly condescending. They promised me a refund which they still haven't sent after MONTHS and are now refusing. Borderline criminal.
