The worst company ever! If you're planning to purchase anything from Pajar website, you'd better think twice. I purchased a Jacket and realized it was cheaper at the store, so I decided to return it in the same package I received, without opening it. 1. You cannot return to store, and you have to send it by a courier on your own expenses. 2. You have to wait for ever to get refunded. I had to contact them 20 times, and it took them more than 3 weeks to refund for an item which was not even took out of original package! They make the process so difficult so that you give up. What kind of retail company makes you pay for the return? Even so, why the refund process is so damn complicated? Any legitimate company would let you bring it to a store or something! I hate their company and I'd never recommend this company to anyone!
