I purchased a pair of men’s boots in November of 2023. After wearing them a few times the pull on the back tab broke off. I contacted Pajar, who in the beginning were moderately helpful. They offered me a full refund or exchange. I took the refund. The boots were recieved by Pajar on January 22, 2024. It is now March 28, 2024 and I have not been refunded. I have been told it’s with accounting and I’ll receive an email when it’s processed. The dismal customer service and return process is the worst I have ever experienced. If my money is not returned soon I will dispute the charge on my credit card through their fraud department.
