Invoice 88802 There customer service is absolutely disgrace, they have no manners or skills on how to communicate. I tried to trace up a parcel for a friend from Pakistan, who was told he will receive his parcel on the 16th January 2021. With many calls to them I got through to them, who can't speak English and eveytime he couldn't answer my question or didn't understand me he just hanged up. However on the 24th January 2021 I called them again to find out about my friends parcel and asked them for a tracking number, first they said they don't have it then they said they don't give it out to customers after me telling them i will report them to trading standards I'm sure you guys have a tracking number if you really sent it out they gave me a tracking number that did not work. I then called TCS company in London and found out they only send out the parcel on the 25th January 2021. Once my friend received the parcel on 29th January 2021 his items where missing, his parcels were cut open and items broken. These people are meant to be professionals and trustworthy as people spend hundreds of pounds to send their personal items aboard. I will now be reporting them to Trading standards.
