Avoid at all costs. My air cargo was supposedly shipped on 15/02/2022, and still not delivered (date today is 12/04/2022). Customer service is appalling, each time I call the gentlemen gets angry why i’m calling and asking for an update. As a customer I’m entitled to do so as you’ve just provided a service and it’s my shipment that i’ve paid for. All I get told is that the courier has changed and the shipment is still at Lahore customs and will be delivered when released. Surely a reputable company can get an ETA of its release and ask why it’s taking so long, but no not here as the gentelman just gets agitated and cuts the phone off. I’ve used the company previously but the service received this time round is beyond shocking.
