They have pathetic serviceI. I handed over my parcel to pak cargo around 25 days ago. They are providing totally wrong information as they said they will deliver the parcel within two week but even after 25 day our parcel is still on hold. We call 4 days ago to figure out where is our parcel. They have informed us that your parcle will be delivered tomorrow on given address. Even after 4 days my sister didn’t receive the parcel. I called today and they said it is still on hold. They charged us for air-cargo and guaranteed delivery in two weeks which all is misguidance. I will never recommend their service on top of that they have charge handling charges which is pethetic.wrong information, extra charges, lies Authentic service never do this. So guys plz investigate before you go for their services. Thanks
