I regret booking through this company so much. I wish I had read reviews before booking them. My order was picked up from the UK on November 2nd, 2022 and it is now January 24, 2023 and I have yet to receive my belongings. Their customer service is even worse as they barely pick up calls on the helpline number provided. Whenever they do decide to pick up, they keep saying that to check again in another 7-10 days and this has been going on since December. I was promised that my delivery will take up to 6-8 weeks, however we are now at 12 weeks. I am 9 months pregnant and my entire baby shopping is in those suit cases and I have no idea how to proceed with this situation. Disappointment beyond words. To sum it up, pathetic service.
