Very very bad company. I used this company before in 2021 and it wasn’t too good but still I gave them a second chance thinking they are Muslim brothers and help them in their business. I sent some packages in including an electric gas fire for media wall. The packages were collected from my house on 20 December 2023. They said it shall be delivered within 8 weeks. After 8 weeks I called to ask where my parcel was they said there is a delay and it should reach in march. Till today my parcel is not delivered. When I called in march they said it is in Karachi and will be delivered to your destination within 7 days. Now when I call them the number is temporarily unavailable. I have sent emails too but I get no answer. There is no other way to contact them. They are fraud. I paid £141 for the parcels and the items was expensive as well. Never ever use this company.
