We sent 2 large bags with things for kids and Eid gifts in December 2023 and still haven't received anything, after repeated attempts of contact they are not answering our calls. We where sending it with a trunk, but they didn't let us use that instead they tried to keep the trunk for them self and made us put our things in bags, the level of greed started at the beginning, but still we had faith in our muslim brothers to deliver it for us. We had a talk with them in February and they said things where stucked in costom in Karachi and would be delivered within a week, but nothing has reached our home yet and now their numbers are switched off. Its so sad that they are doing this to so many people as it is our hard earned halal money they are hustling, May Allah punish them for this insha'Allah 🤲🏼
