They have pathetic service. They are liars and thieves. Do not trust them. I have never seen such a stupid staff and bad service in my life. I have sent some luggage to Pakistan from Birmingham, they promised me to deliver the same on 14th of November. I paid them air freight also. But they delivered my luggage on 25th after several calls and daily follow up. They have also stolen 5 expensive items including hand bags and sweaters. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Be careful guys. They are thieves and liars. Invoice #75256
