Below is a copy of my most recent email i have sent. I have tried to contact many times, no truthful or honest reply. Very rude short reply full of lies keeps telling us arrives at port, is at the depot, will be delivered this week etc.
I have had to contact trading standards and citizens advice to try to get a reply from this company.
To whom It may concern,
Having attempted to contact you several times by phone and email and not once receiving a truthful or honest response. I have now contacted consumer services to enquire regarding my rights as a consumer. It has been 10 weeks since our cargo was collected. I know from previous experience that it does not take this long for the shipment to arrive at its destination. Having previously received shipments in 6 & 8 weeks.
All it takes is an honest answer as to the date of delivery yet you tell a different story everytime. We live in a highly technical age wherein everything is monitored and tracked and I cannot believe that you do not know where the shipment is or when it will be delivered.
Your replies are rude and curt. No greeting or regards.
The goods I have sent are perishable and will be of little or no value by this point therefore
“The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that services must be provided with reasonable care and skill.
In my opinion, you did not use reasonable care and skill when you provided this service. In fact I have received no service at all.
I want you to fix the problem and ensure delivery to me in the next 2/3 days and give me a partial refund of shipping fees paid or I will require a full refund of the entire shipment and price paid for shipping.
