They are bunch of bastards.
Do not send your stuff through this service if you really do not want to lose it.
No doubt that they charged me 99p/KG as I was sending nearly 150 Kilos but cost me in real means more than £3/KG.
Things I lost during transit of my stuff was perfume for my father, a few Boxes of chocolates, shaving gels and a lot more.
Their staff is not at all trustworthy or it is better to say that they are thieves.
They will take out whatever they like from your luggage.
Do not recommend this to anyone.
