I have sent one bag of 22 KG via receipt no 80258 on 15 December 2018. They advertise on website air cargo £3.50 per kg but in actual they charge me £ 5 per kg on top £ 30 handling charges and gave me the delivery date of 25 December 2018. Since 26 December 2018 i am calling their customer services and speaking with the guys Hassan & Sajawal and getting their lame excuses with threatening language and continuously refusing me to give their manager or owner number so that i can escalate my complaint to the highest level. On top of that i did a full company search on them the only company was registered on their given address 'Unit 6, 280 Forest Road Walthamstow London E17 5JN' was A1 CARGO LTD T/A A STAR CARGO LTD under the Company number 09281500 but that was dissolved in 2016. PAKISTAN CARGO 4U is not a registered company or a trading name of any company because no information about their company is published on their website 'www.pakistancargo4u.co.uk' also. Also i want to mention publicly that they have all my details like address, name and contact number as all these details are also mentioned on the invoice as well so if there will be any harm to me or my family or my property happen they will be held responsible for it as they gave me threats over the phone. In last its look me like a doggy business as they gave response on nothing so everyone please please please be careful from these peoples.
