absolute disgusting service.
Paid for Air Service and I asked if my parcel will be there before Eid and i was told yeah yeah defo it would be. Took my money, called after Eid and plane didn't even leave the UK and was told it would be there Monday or Tuesday, phoned again and was told they never promised me Monday or Tuesday. Promised delivery on the weekend and weekend here is but the parcel is to be found nowhere.
