Very Poor Service. They do not collect the parcel when the time they said they will collect. They want you to wait all day so they can come in their own preferred time. Then when you phone them to find out, they disconnect your calls deliberately, absolutely rubbish service. They don't deliver the parcels on time. Everytime you call them to query about the parcel, they do not tell you the truth. Everytime you contact them they tell you different different story. Customer service is very very poor.
