Very poor service.. Air cargo supposed to reach on 5th Aug.. reached on 26th Aug... Then also one peice missing... No clue what will happen... I had to call at least 15 or 20 times to get some sense... Told I will get it on various dates... But no avail.. When I complained about the missing parcel.. A form done.. Called the following day.. the customer service person says he does not know.. will ask again... then very rude... In his words ... we won't give you the package... do whatever you want to do... I seriously have been very disappointed... Poor behavior ... Invoice 86894
