Every company / retailer / seller requires time to PROCESS ONLINE orders. You didn’t order takeaway food that it would be ready in 15mins and then collected by an Uber delivery guy who would then deliver it in the next 15mins. It is COMMON KNOWLEDGE once order is placed online there is a processing time of at least two days unless an express delivery service is selected and paid for in which case order is dispatched the same day.
