Staff was helpful till the point of when it was collecting the goods. There were 2 services with which I thought was different couriers. One was DB shenker at £420 or something. And the other was £496 however the pickup date was a day earlier. I fleww out to Germany and said I’d need it picking up that date. The day of the pickup, DB shenker wanted paperwork. So I was flying back on the Wednesday they said they’d collect, so I was still able to go ahead with it. Their excuse was they needed to registers the goods with customs. Only to then get a reply saying Friday 1st November would be earliest!!! 2 days after my flight! I then contacted pallet2ship who said they’ll try get back, were absolutely no help! My recommendation is to go with FedEx, way cheaper, quicker and reliable pickup. Then pallet2ship have the cheek to charge me a cancellation fee, so I will be contracting my bank.
