I got a quote to ship a pallet to France and settled on a 2-3 working day transit time. Despite advertising this, they then sent an email that stated 1-5 working days transit time. 6 wording days have passed and the estimated delivery time has passed with no updates form the carrier. I have contacted Pallet2Ship who have not responded. In addition to this, I was unhappy with the lack of information on the website regarding weight and measurements. They charged me extra because I did not include the actual pallet itself in the dimensions. I found the tone of the email from them very harsh and not at all customer focused.
