My item didn't get collected on the day it was supposed to. I couldn't get hold of anybody on the day and the online chat wasn't working. The tracking didn't work. I eventually got hold of someone on the day after the collection should have been made and was told that the driver had run out of time the day before so would collect that day. However, it was a Friday which meant that the delivery didn't take place until Monday of the next week. I suppose you get what you pay for. Take my advice and pay a little bit more with a different company to guarantee your collection and delivery will be when it is promised for.
